Crave’s menu is inspired by architectural design. Everything we build is a combination of unique flavors, wonderful textures and the simplicity of clean design. Our menu changes weekly.

Crave now has a full bar. We offer 2 for 1 drinks during happy hour, which happens every night until 8 PM. Our fantastic cocktail menu has some big surprises, including a cocktail version of our signature dessert the hazelnut caramel crunch.

Crave provides a selection of red, white, sparkling and dessert wines. Our wine list is constantly evolving and is created from the inspiration of our menu and the recommendations of our guests. Crave’s signature house red and white are mainstays on the menu. We are obsessed more about the quality and depth of our offerings than the quantity and breadth.

Our coffee, Modern Bean, is out own roast. We roast on Mondays and French press our coffees for the freshest experience. We offer Steel House Blend (Dark) and Glass House Blend (Medium). We also offer blooming teas and two caffeine free options.

100% Certified Organic

Our coffee is our own roast. We use 100% certified organic Mexican Chiapas beans in both our Steel House Blend and Glass House Blend.

The Chiapas coffee growing region of Mexico is just north of the Guatemalan/ Mexican border. Chiapas beans are grown at roughly the same latitude as Kona coffee and the Jamaican Blue Mountain.

Roasted Weekly

Green coffee beans, if stored correctly, can last well over one year. To enjoy the best coffee experience, beans should be consumed within one to two weeks of roasting. Once coffee beans are ground, they should be brewed right away.

We roast our coffee beans weekly. This allows you to enjoy the flavors of the coffee at its optimum peak.

French Pressed Daily

One of the main benefits of brewing coffee in a French press versus a standard drip pot, is that more of the essential oils of coffee end up in your cup instead of a paper filter. As a result, more oils produce a richer, fuller flavor. Also, more of the good ingredients, such as antioxidants and nutrients, end up in your coffee.

Grounds used for French press coffee must be larger and rougher. These grounds tend to release more caffeine. A serving that’s higher in caffeine may also have health advantages.
